  2. Why did you start your business or organization? What are your short term and long term goals? 

  3. What do you hope to get out of this marketing plan? What marketing strategies have you been using until now? 

  4. What are some of the strengths and weaknesses of your organizations or business in your opinion? 

  5. What are some problems you have run into while running your organization or business? 

  6. What makes your business unique/what is your competitive advantage? 

  7. How large is your team? Do you have officers or executives? 

  8. Describe the overall growth or decline in your social media follower base (if unknown, please provide us with your current follower base). Do you have any specific goals related to growing your follower base? 

  9. Please provide a list of all social media accounts and websites.
